Looking for Senior Consultant- Analytics - Contact Center Operations.

The concerned person should have extensive experience in Analytic & should have been a part of Contact Center Analytics.

He will be responsible for:

- Analysis of vendors,

- Analysis of Locations

- Analysis of operations

- Quarterly business review,

- Bench-marking

Will be reporting into the head of call center operations.

This will be SME/Individual Contributor.
