About Our Client

Our client is one of the leading financial institutions in the world with a massive presence across the globe. Having established a significant presence in the Indian market, they are looking to hire a Manager in their newly created Analytics team.

Job Description

Reporting to the Vice President and handling a team of four, your main responsibilities will be to set up the analytics function for their global merchants and stabilize it.

Being a part of the consulting team, you will be required to come up with consulting insights to the clients. In addition to this you will be responsible for-

- Providing analytical insights to the clients onshore, preferably in US,UK and Canada

- Build a team of strong analysts and mentor them

- Focus on project delivery

The Successful Applicant

- You must be an Engineer from IITs and MBA from IIMs with 5-8 Years of experience in Analytics.

- Some amount of consulting experience is preferable.

- You should have a good exposure of interacting with senior stakeholders in the various onshore locations and provide analytical solutions to them.

- In addition to this you must have excellent communication skills with an executive presence.
