Good exposure in BFSI domain.  3 to 4 years of advanced SAS coding skills  Strong understanding of Risk concepts as it relates to consumer credit portfolios.  Familiarity with non risk scoring models (macro economic & operational models) within the realm of consumer finance preferred.  Ability to analyse data, understand trends and generate insights  Working with a range of data tools for example, Unica, SQL, Access/Excel, VBA.  Strong problem solving skills.  Ability to adapt to very fluid environment, accept challenges, work proactively and learn new techniques.  Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Statistical knowledge (Hypothesis testing, ANNOVA, Regression etc).  Must be solution-oriented, proactive, and creative. Must be from BFSI Domain, someone currently working in a Bank is preferred. Should have worked on SAS.  Modeling, Risk Analytics, card Analytics
