JOB PROFILE FOR

Role Description:

- Lead and manage multiple complex engagements to produce high quality deliverables that exceeds CM expectations

- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the client business priorities and critical project requirements from CM/ Director

- Develop and own a comprehensive project plan to mirror CM plan for analytical delivery

- Understand business challenges to develop an analytical framework/ solution and bring an - outside in- perspective to the business problem

- Present initial solution framework to CM with recommendations and insights

- Highlight risks and issues and provide clear actionable solutions or work-around to CM

- Generate innovative and actionable business insights creating tangible business impact.

- Produce Client Ready Presentations with critical data-points highlighting the relevant financial impact thus improving the scope of the program

- Drive efficiency and improve utilization of project resources and constantly evaluate mechanism to decrease waste

- Keep clear, concise & comprehensive documentation on all updates and changes in project

- Regular project updates

- Stakeholder/ relationship management for issue resolution and escalation

- Leverage networks within and outside of the industry to learn best practices, data-sets and evaluate how they can be used and applied to business

- Act as SME to Senior Analyst/ Programmer Analyst

- Innovative solution design to drive creation of models and scenarios for better procedures and client offerings resulting in tangible business impact

- Industry Research

Candidate Profile:

Educational Pedigree & Experience

- Masters- degree where course work could include: statistics, business administration, finance, decision sciences, economics, and mathematics OR minimum 6 years of on-site client facing consulting experience (procurement consulting would be a plus)

- Proven track record in Global onsite client facing solution delivery

- Strong proven Project Management

Experience and Skill Requirements

- Outstanding analytical skills, strong business and financial acumen

- Ability to tell compelling story through powerpoint based on data analysis

- Strong relationship and stakeholder management. Ability to develop relationships with clients and offshore teams built on trust and credibility

- Ability to learn complex businesses very quickly, define problems accurately while paying attention to detail in the solution

- Demonstrated attention to detail, focus on quality, and ability to deliver practical solutions

- Advanced communication and presentation skills for both internal and external audiences

- Strong technical proficiency in MS Office specifically Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Knowledge of VBA would be a plus

- Strong ability to manage and accommodate demanding situations simultaneously

- Flexibility/ability to work in an ambiguous environment

- Cultural sensitivity

- Manage priorities assertively and ability to pre-empt risks and issues
