Job Objective & Key Interactions :

We are presently seeking a Principal for our New Delhi office, where the successful candidate will be seen as an expert within the TMT domain, with an aim towards becoming an acknowledged Practice Expert who will attract and deliver significant projects in their chosen product area.

- Responsible for driving non-overlapping new business across named accounts within Telecoms, Media (including digital media), and Technology across the South Asia (and potentially MENA/Africa/New Geographies)region - upwards of 0.75 Million USD of independent sales

- Client C-suite Relationship management.

- Sell & deliver client engagements around Telecom Strategy & change as well as Process re-engineering coupled with technology enablement for driving Revenue generation, operational efficiency & cost reduction

- Supporting the senior Partner and the broader practice in building complimentary skill sets around topics such as Operational Consulting, etc.

- Manage a range of project types, covering different subject matter, modes of working (on- site, off-site, etc.) and across a range of different geographies

- Act as a Project Director on projects in areas of expertise

- Manage the successful delivery of projects and bid work typically to a high quality and the standard of execution in both familiar and new areas.

- Manage and actively contribute to deliverables whilst blending the work of junior colleagues

- Control and optimize resources and costs in the delivery of projects ensuring that all time, quality and performance points are exceeded or met.

- Play a significant role in the career development and mentoring of project teams and sector members, as well as line-management of team members

- Continually develop of intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support project delivery and sales

Who we are looking for :

- 10 + year of rich consulting experience in TMT space with leading consulting or investment advisory firms, including project management and leadership experience

- Experience of strategy, design & implementation in the TMT environment

- Experience of business planning for TMT companies

- Experience of managing complex projects and leading teams in multiple locations

- Experience of client management including being the client's primary point of contact throughout an engagement

- Involvement in business development activities including production of proposal documents, sales meetings with clients, and identifying potential sales opportunities relating to project work
