Analyst/Sr Analyst - Planning/Strategy

Purpose of your role and your key accountabilities

Senior Management Reporting and Decision Support (60-70%)

You will be expected to help develop and maintain the KPI pack for Company including regular reporting on the KPIs to Company senior management. This will include:

- Designing the content and layout of KPI report and other associated documents

- Liaising with business and function point of contacts to source relevant data

- Analysing data to develop key insights on business trends and performance

- Developing ad-hoc analysis and reports based on specific insights or management inputs to delve deeper into topics of interest

Maintenance of Market and Competitive Data and Trends (30-40%)

You will also be expected to support development and maintenance of market data and competitive intelligence that will provide input into the Company planning process. This will include:

- Maintaining market models with details of asset, revenue and profit pools across various segments and channels

- Creating and maintaining multi year data repository of market and competitive data

- Developing macros and/or other relevant automation to query the data and provide inputs for analysis

- Liaise with Technology and Finance functions to ensure alignment of data with other existing sources within the organisation

Your skills and experience

Academic Qualifications

Master's in Business Administration or equivalent desirable

Experience

- At least 1- 5 years overall experience preferably in Financial Service or Management Consulting industry.

- In-depth understanding of excel including ability to develop complex models and data structures
