Analyst/Sr Analyst - Corporate Finance - IIM/IIT

The position is with a leading real estate development organisation based in Dubai.

- The job will entail assessing deal financing options, debt / equity options, legal and tax structures for different projects, developing compelling copy and layouts for investor presentations and offering memoranda (PPMs, pitchbooks, teasers) based on a comprehensive understanding of the company, the objectives of a specific investment vehicle, and the nature of the target audience.

Person profile: preferably BE Civil from IIT with a management degree from IIMs or equivalent business schools with 2-3 years relevant experience in corporate finance.
