Roles & Responsibilities:  - Support entire investment process (opportunity identification, due diligence, valuation, documentation and monitoring through industry research and evaluation of investments opportunities in India.  - Support preparation of initial company screens including technical analysis of companies based on the financial models & release of results.  - Gather and synthesize industry/market data.  - Conduct Comparable Company Analysis, Modeling, Valuation and Target Scanning.  - Contribute to the Investment Memorandum, Sourcing, Financial modeling, and preparation of IC notes.  - Update and maintain proprietary firm databases  - Assist in the preparation of preliminary and final investment memorandums for internal meetings and investor presentations for meetings with sponsor  - The individual must be passionate about Innovation, being a game changer and must understand the technological trends that are sweeping the world and India.  Candidate Specifications:  - Undergraduate & Post graduate from a top tier Indian B-School (Eg: IIT & IIM-A, B, C) or Ivy League Universities. BS/MS in Electrical/ Chemical Engineering & Computer Science/ Finance/ Economics is a plus.  - Previous experience with a top tier venture capital fund, strategy consulting firm, investment bank and/or technology company (e.g. Google, Yahoo, Microsoft etc)  - Strong financial modeling and industry research skills  - An outperformer academically (top 5%), professionally and/or in extracurricular activities.  - Impeccable integrity, work ethic and commitment  - Organized, detail-oriented personality with the ability to work effectively in small teams/ groups.  - A self-starter, ambitious with a proven record of taking proactive initiatives  - Genuine interest in early to late stage technology investing in Security, Big Data, Clean tech & Renewables, Bio fuels, Materials, Education, Healthcare etc.)  - Previous technology related internship is an advantage.
