Roles & Responsibilities:

Preparation of Performance Review Management Decks

- Assisting FP&A Lead in analysis and preparing of materials for regional CEOs for their monthly regional business review across all businesses

- Assisting FP&A Lead in coordination and production of materials for quarterly EMEA

- Preparing papers for monthly review with US Fed

- Sourcing of market data and macro-economic statistics from Bloomberg / other data providers to be used in monthly business reviews and ad hoc projects

- Devising meaningful and standardised reporting across all businesses in EMEA

- Working with the wider team supervisor in a number of ad-hoc projects & presentations

- Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret policies, guidelines or processes

- Manages one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and considered analytical or procedural "expert" representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables

Support of Country Senior Management:

- Supporting FP&A Lead EMEA country level senior management with monthly financial processes as well as ad hoc projects focused on country specific strategies

- Assist in Preparation of RCB performance scorecards

- Assist in Preparation of Country review decks covering all products

Performance Measurement and Related Analytics:

- Performance measurement of businesses in EMEA including analysing, investigating and explaining key movements and trends in major P&L lines to senior management

- Preparation of monthly financial metrics and key business drivers specific to different products in EMEA

Balance Sheet Management and Related Performance Metrics:

- Collection, distribution and analysis of weekly and month end EMEA wide P&L and Balance Sheet estimates exclusively for senior management

- Preparation and analysis of Net Interest Margin (NIM) reporting for EMEA

Expense and Headcount Analytics:

- Provide meaningful analytics for expense and headcount

- Tracking of on time expenses

- Tracking of compensation expenses (pay-out ratios, associated taxes and CAP rates)

- Preparation of FX analysis

- Provide support for Global Functions management reporting, expense analytics and allocation processes

- Preparation of management information for monthly Expense Leadership Committee (ELC) meetings

Weekly Estimate Process:

- Assist in preparing weekly financial estimates for S&B, GTS and RCB products together with a geographic view

- Assist region products in preparing estimates

- Consolidation of regional

Budgeting and Forecast Process

- Assisting in the quarterly forecasting exercise and annual budget & allocation processes

- Access management

Month End reporting activities:

- Assist in key month end activities which provides oversight of completeness and accuracy of underlying management information

- Tax analysis and country liaison

- Support product control and financial control with key management reporting

Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in english

- Time management & ability to prioritize tasks

- Highly numerate and analytical

- Strong PC skills including advanced Excel & typical financial applications and systems

Competencies:

- Proactive approach to problem solving

- Strong team player, able to work with a remote team in a matrix organization

- Attentive to details, thorough & accurate

Knowledge/Experience:

- 1 to 8 years- experience of working within a Finance Department

- Experienced with various Management Accounting Systems and GL

- Experience of expense review and reconciliations

Qualifications:

- Finance University Degree or equivalent

- Qualified Accountant or equivalent
