Our mission is twofold: to help our clients make positive lasting and substantial improvements in their performance and to build a great Firm that is able to attract, develop, excite and retain exceptional people.   Overview of the Analyst/Senior Analyst position for Horizon 360 in McKinsey Solutions Office (MSO)   - Serve as the “benchmarking specialist” on Horizon 360 diagnostics engagement, supporting CST team with benchmarks, insights during problem solving and develop synthesized end products   - Serve as the “lead client contact” during implementation of transformation tools including “Navigator” and “Sapience”   - Help shape Knowledge agenda for Horizon 360 service line, and lead/contribute substantively to the development of new knowledge   - Able to create an outside-in competitive intelligence on the external provider capabilities   - Play a role in development and nurturing of Horizon 360 community  - Independently create LoP pages, case studies, competitor profiles and other reusable knowledge products   Qualifications/Skill set   - Minimum 3-7 years of research & consulting experience in the domain of IT ADM and infrastructure   - Post graduate degree in management or technology is preferable   - Candidate should have superior conceptual and analytical skills, excellent problem solving capabilities, solid people development skills, strong verbal/written communications   - Good understanding of cost elements in P&L and financial statements   - Candidate should be comfortable with multitasking, be a good team player and have strong customer and team orientation   Travel   - The role will require travelling with in India and outside at least 20% of the time at a short notice.   Location - Bangalore
