Analyst/Senior Analyst/Associate - Investment Banking

Role: Analyst/Senior Analyst/ Associate

Requirements:

- CA/MBA having 2-5 years plus experience in Corporate Finance/Investment Banking.

- Must have worked on Pitch Books, Company Profiling, Mergers & Acquisitions, Trading & Transaction

- Strong organizational skills with ability to consolidate and analyze data received from multiple clients

- Good analytical skills, eye for numbers and Strong accounting knowledge

- Good Excel skills (i.e. data manipulation, macros, vlookups, array formulas, pivot tables) and MS PowerPoint.

- Extensive experience in client management.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, including detailed financial forecasting, multiple scenario analysis, Discounted Cash Flow Valuation, Capital structure modeling, and Merger modeling.

- Knowledge of databases such as VCC Edge, CapIQ etc.
