Analyst - Resource Analytics Spotfire - Resources/Oil & Gas/Utility/CNR - IIM/IIT (0-4 yrs)

Spotfire Analyst- Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

- An Analyst level resource (0 to 4 years of prior experience) with advanced analytical skills (insight generation, visualization and value realization) and expertise in Spotfire Platform preferably in Resources/Oil & Gas or Utility or CNR Industry.

- Able to support proposal teams to define use cases and help estimate effort required to implement those use cases through Spotfire Platform

Experience:-

- Excellent written/ oral communication and presentation skills

- Ability to derive insight from large amounts of data from diverse sources

- Strong aptitude for coding and love for data and quantitative analysis

- Well versed with all MS Office packages

- Analytical thinking with ability to visualize analytical results suitable for consumption of C-suite

- Specialized in Spotfire or some Java Script coding experience

- Experience in estimating efforts required to implement Spotfire solutions/use cases

- Experience in using all capabilities of the Spotfire Consumer client

Other Requirements/Education:

- Oil & Gas or Utility or CNR Industry background

- Knowledge of other software packages like STI, Tableau, QlikView etc. will be given preference

- Big Data applications experience (exposure to - Platform as a Service- ) will be given preference

- Experience with other advanced analytics modelling tool/programming languages/statistical tools such as R, Python, SAS, SPSS will be given preference

- Ideal candidates would have an engineering degree with an MBA from Tier 1 B School (Preferably IIMs, IITs)
