Analyst - Real Estate Fund - Private Equity (1-4 yrs)
About Our Client
Our client is a leading Private Equity fund in the Real Estate space.
Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Building and refining complex financial models for valuation requirements
- Analysis and interpretation of financial statements; ability to then convey conclusions and insights clearly
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis for a range of strategic M&A initiatives
- Work with Executives and Investment team, deal team and business unit colleagues cross functionally on a regular basis
- Oversee / maintain deal pipeline, track market M&A activity, collate internal updates, create deal presentations for board and C-level executives
The Successful Applicant
The right candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in PE/Investment Banking or operational experience with a focus on the Real Estate sector. You must have strong financial modelling skills as well as strong written and verbal skills. You should have some knowledge of the real estate sector and the investing space.
