He should have the ability to document the ‘As-is’, carry out ‘Gap analysis’ develop ‘To-be’ documents  - The person should have the ability to implement newly developed processes by holding department workshops, applying Change Management techniques, ability to monitor and control the adoption of new processes and drive compliance across the organization  - Should have good knowledge of best practices followed across functions / industries  - Knowledge of Retail Sector would be an added advantage  For the successful execution of this role, the candidate should have the following qualifications:  - Very good problem solving skills and communication skills  - Sound knowledge of financial and capital market concepts   - Knowledge of financial modeling /excel based modeling is a plus though not a necessity  - Willing to travel onsite with a valid passport  Location: Noida
