Analyst - Private Equity (1-4 yrs)
Our client is a domestic Private Equity firm which is a part of a larger Financial Services Group.
They are looking for an Analyst to join their team in Mumbai.
Candidates who have worked in Private Equity firms, Investment Banks and other Buy Side firms are invited to apply.
Qualification / Education: CFA/C.A/ MBA in Finance
Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding of business models & analysis of Company Financials
- Profiling companies (through primary or secondary research) who are interested in coming to Indian Markets
- Keep track of deals happening in both public & private market segments
- Preparation of investment note/ presentations
- Exposure in Investment banking and Investment Research
Skills Required
- Good presentation skills and communication skills
- Understanding of Global & Indian macro economy
- Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
