- They have a diversified client base across sectors including retail, institutional and QSR clients. They also have an international presence with products exported to Europe, Africa, Middle East, US and Australia.

- Recently it raised funding from a group of international PE firms which will be used to expand its distribution network to 120,000 outlets in three years from 40,000 at present, making the firm a Pan-India company.

- As a Senior MIS and Planning Analyst, your responsibilities will include the following :

- Preparation of Annual Budgets & Rolling Forecasts to provide a framework for management control.

- Timely preparation of MIS Reports and conducting variance analysis with plan.

- Networking Analysis to evaluate impact of changing business environment

- Automation of MIS reporting to meet changing Internal Reporting requirements saving time involved

- Profitability analysis, MIS, Planning and budgeting, monitoring & reporting, dashboards etc

- Business Intelligence and Market Research

- Sales forecasting and demand analysis

- Product Mix Optimization

- Board presentation / Monthly performance presentation

Candidate Profile :

- The candidate should be a MBA with at least 2 years of experience in an FMCG co handling MIS or similar analytical functions.

- The candidate should be able to effectively present inferences from complex data

- Good communication skill (Verbal & Written)

- Good Analytical/ Reasoning/Logical Ability

- Should be well versed with Excel, Word & PPT

- Strong MIS Analytics

- Ready to work in challenging environment
