Analyst - Merger & Acquisition - Media House

We have an opportunity for Mergers & Acquisition Analyst at a Senior level with a leading Media House based at Mumbai.

Reporting to : President

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 2 - 7 years

Desired Skills :

- Candidate should be full time CA/MBA graduate

- Must be experienced in M&A procedures

- Analytical bent of mind

- Excellent business research skills

- Number crunching

- Strategic thinker

The main key responsibilities will be as follows :

- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential growth, acquisition, and investment/divestment opportunities/ financial models in Company

- Coordinate and perform due diligence of potential M&A opportunities

- Work closely with the legal counsel for advisory for the M&A transaction.

- Handle end to end M&A transaction process which includes preparation of pitch book, identification of target, analysis of business model, assistance in due-diligence, negotiations, structuring, transaction agreements and closures

- Liasoning with bankers & external consultants while working on any particular mandate

- Internal administration function like maintaining of MIS, deal communication, etc
