About Our Client:

Our client is a large MNC Financial Services firm with significant growth plans for the India region, our client is embarking on the next stage of the development of their Analytics setup based out of Delhi NCR. As part of growth of their captive centre, they are looking for an Analyst - Marketing Analytics to lead their analytics team based out of Delhi NCR supporting global geographies. They are looking for a highly talented, innovative and collaborative leader to grow the team of analytics professionals.

Job Description

Reporting into a VP, you will be responsible for:

- Developing predictive models & targeting strategies to support Marketing efforts

- Developing and execute a comprehensive cross sell, retention and growth strategy for existing customers, both for assets & liabilities

- Designing and implementing a Customer Life Cycle Management (CLCM) program to improve customer service & brand experience, increase product penetration and control attrition

- Performance monitoring of models / scorecards

- Engaging with on-shore partners and business heads to execute analytics projects in line with business expectation

As a successful applicant you should have:

- Extensive experience in marketing analytics for retail lending portfolio

- Knowledge of retail financial services & products

- Aptitude for using statistical programming languages

- Proficiency in SAS and SQL

- Strong understanding of lending products from marketing, finance, risk and policy perspective Awareness of the financial services industry

- Knowledge of scorecard modelling techniques

- Strong analytical, technical and/or statistical skills
