We have an urgent opening for Analyst/Manager and Lead Manager into risk Analytics

Analyst/Manager and Manager - Modeling (Risk Analytics)

Job Description:

- Act as Subject Matter Expert in Modeling domain independently delivering and leading projects and working directly with business to deliver high quality output.

- Develop models for both Non-Basel (Application, Behaviour, Collections) and Basel (PD, LGD and EAD)

- Monitor existing models to track if they are performing as expected or remediation actions need to be taken

- Carry out ad-hoc analysis as and when needed to explain deterioration in model performance etc.

- Responsible for end-to-end project management. Monitoring and review of all projects with stakeholders to ensure that all stated SLAs are met.

- Work with multiple customers/functions on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver in a timely, efficient and effective manner.

- Recruit, on-board, train, coach and develop talent.

- Drive Modeling initiatives which ensure higher efficiency (automation, training manual, white paper etc.).

- Responsible for conceptualizing, designing and implementing QA/QC framework for identified processes and ensures adherence and constant improvement.

- Ensure adherence with all the applicable compliance policies (Data security policy, AML, operational risk, Functional manual, Group Compliance Manual, Audit recommendations, Internal Control requirements, regulatory guidelines etc.) and business standards of Organization as applicable. Take timely action on Audit comments and be able to demonstrate compliance with Internal controls

Skills/Experience Required:

- 4 year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from reputed University with concentration on marketing, finance, economics or other quantitative field such as statistics or engineering.

- Exposure to development of Basel (PD, LGD, EAD) and/or Non-Basel models (Originations, Account Management, Collections.)

- Good knowledge of Model management and model monitoring

- Knowledge of SAS, SQL and other equivalent analytical tools.

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal skills and drive for success

1. For Analyst:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant analytics work exp required (Modeling OR Strategy OR Loss Forecasting OR Collections Analytics)

- Minimum 12 months of relevant work exp for Tier 1/Tier 2 passouts (Should have started working on/before Sep 2013)

- SAS is mandatory

2. For Manager:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant analytics work exp required (Modeling OR Strategy OR Loss Forecasting OR Collections Analytics )

- SAS is mandatory

3. For Lead Manager:

- Minimum 7 years of relevant analytics work experience required (Modeling OR Strategy OR Loss Forecasting OR Collections Analytics)

- SAS is mandatory
