Drive Location: Pune  Should be available on 18th Aug for F2F Interview.  Project and Change (75%) :  Security Exception Managemet :   - Ensuring clarity and accuracy of the details in the exception request raised by requestor along with the business justification.  - Understanding the elements involved within the exception requests and their importance - Data Sensitivity Assessment, control implementation and maintenance plan, assessing the legal, compliance, reputation, and operational risks associated with the exception.  - Articulating the risk of the exception request.  - Liaison with subject matter experts and stakeholders of the request domain.  - Determining Inherent Risk and Control Effectiveness.  - Determining residual risk and ensuring risk acceptance by appropriate management team member.  - Provide decisions on exceptions on basic risk assessment and associating timelines with every exception.  - Documenting and Tracking of exceptions and ensuring timely revocation of exceptions on their expiry.  - Reviewing existing exceptions and confirming they are still required  - Ensuring accurate and clear communication with all stakeholders.  Contribute to the delivery of the Information Security Programme, including:  - Delivering assigned elements of the Security Programme.  - Supporting new security tool implementation  - Reporting and escalating issues to the CISO or relevant Information Security Officer as appropriate.  Business As Usual (25%) :  - Supporting business and clients requirements, including responding to client enquiries, providing guidance on  - Ensure tracking and timely closure of requests, enquiries within agreed SLA's.  - Liaise with different subject matter experts and accordingly provide solutions/suggestions/guidance on the Information security concerns/questions.  - Producing regular MI reports to the Senior Management.  - Constantly evaluate the ever-changing threat landscape, take feedback from stakeholders, clients to determine any gaps organization may have with their existing policies and programs.  - Keep abreast with latest industry trends, current attack techniques, threat intelligence.  - Recommend improvements towards the maturity of the process.
