Role & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Promoter/CEO/CFO/Business Heads of client companies and advise them on appropriate investor relations & communication strategy.
- Develop thorough understanding of the client companies- business model, business and industry developments.
- Perform detailed fundamental analysis, financial modelling, valuation, industry research and competitive analysis for client companies.
- Conceptualize the corporate positioning strategy for the client companies and accordingly prepare highly focused investor presentation, quarterly result updates and investor updates.
- Represent company (independently and with senior management) at non-deal/deal investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, site visits and management meets.
- Facilitate investor research on client companies by working with buy-side investors (Private Equity Funds, Mutual Fund Managers, Portfolio Managers, HNIs) to help them build their investment research for deal/non-deal assignments.
- Develop and nurture relationships with buy-side fund managers and sell-side sales and research team by regularly meeting them and updating them on business and industry developments related to client companies.
- Provide IR analytics to client companies through shareholder targeting, brokers- targeting, shareholding analysis, peer business and financial analysis.
