Our client is a leading Venture Capital player with a significant deal activity across sectors and stages of maturity. They are looking to hire a Pre-MBA Analyst for their team
Job Description :
As an Analyst, your primary responsibilities will involve the following:
- Assisting the team with diligence on potential investments
- Support all aspects of a deal, from due diligence to modelling and execution
- Support the team with quarterly reporting and valuation of portfolio companies
- Conduct extensive industry research, competitor research and bench-marking
- Monitor and support portfolio companies and fund investments on a continuing basis
Profile :
- You must have completed your Bachelors from top-tier school (IIT or foreign universities only) or a CA and have at least 1-2 years of experience preferably in financial services
- You must be adept at excel and financial modelling and have good problem-solving skills
- You should be proficient with MS Office suite
- You must be able to develop interpersonal relations and have excellent written and oral communication skills
