About our Client - Our client is one of the largest hedge funds investing into India with Assets under Management to the tune of USD 1.2 billion. In India they make concentrated long-term investments across multiple industries both in public and private equity, capturing attractive long-term returns.
Job Description :
- As part of the Investment team, you will be reporting to the MD of the fund and will be closely working with VP - Investments.
- You will work across industries as well as look at both public and private equity investments.
- You will be exposed to all the major aspects of the investment due-diligence and are expected to take up independent investment projects within a very short span.
The Successful Candidate :
- You will be a B.Tech/MBA strictly with an IIT/IIM background with less than 2 years of experience in Private Equity/Hedge funds/Consulting/IBD/Equity research with a flair for investing .
- While demonstrating a track record of excellence through your academic and professional career, you are expected to have in-depth knowledge of financial modeling, equity research and financial due - diligence along with experience in management interactions .
- You will have excellent analytical skills along with an ability to tolerate ambiguity and good interpersonal and communication skills.
