A Leading Global PE Fund is seeking an Analyst for their Investments team in Mumbai.   The candidate must have excellent academic background-(CA 1st attempt preferred).   Specific Responsibilities   - Support the investment team - across the entire investment process - from Deal evaluation to Transaction analysis to Exit   - Prepare high quality financial models and presentations for deal team and Investment Committee discussions   - Contribute to development and enhancement of company information and support systems.  - Responsible for proactively scanning relevant sectors, including the economic and regulatory environment, for trends and opportunities.   - Specifically, identifies potential prospects from data bases, screening, etc; actively reads sector magazines to follow trends and find leads.  - Participate in initiating, structuring and financing investments: market analysis, selection of potential opportunities, due diligence. Draft the internal memos to investment committee  - Conduct concise industry/business analysis, by understanding the key business drivers.   Candidates with relevant research/IB /Valuations experience do revert with your detailed profile.
