Analyst - Investment Banking (1-5 yrs)
Our Client is a reputed boutique Investment bank which is consistently rated in the top 10 iBanks of the country with a regular deal flow
Scouting for Associates / Senior Associates who can participate in the entire transaction cycle for M&A and PE deals
Role:
- Conducting industry research, market mapping and company-specific analysis
- Preparing marketing material for sell-side and buy-side advisory assignments
- Interacting with clients on a regular basis
- Carrying out detailed financial statement analysis
- Conducting thorough due diligence for transactions
- Preparing Financial models
- Preparing Marketing materials
Candidate Profile:
- Chartered Accountant or MBA from top tier institution.
- One to five years of relevant professional experience in M&A / PE transactions (one to three for associates/three to five for senior associates)
- Strong knowledge of sector(s) covered
- Strong financial modeling skills
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
