Analyst - Industry Research & Analysis - Debt/Euity/M&A

- Generally support more senior team members in new business development and transaction execution, across a wide range of industries and products (debt, equity and M&A advisory).

- Research and analyze industry, economic, market, and regulatory data as required to support sector coverage activities and transaction execution.

- Analyze company financial statements; Create financial models for client companies.

- Participate in business and financial due diligence.

- Assist in preparing investment memoranda, term sheets, and related transaction documentation.

- Assist in preparing presentations / marketing materials for use in client coverage, other business development activities, conferences, etc.

- Responsible for internal initiatives such as updating the investor database, revenue / transaction backlog, business development materials, and company website.
