Analyst- HCM- Investment Banking - Bangalore ( 1-4 years)  HCM - Business Partner Solutions  Analyst   Shift - 2 PM - 11 PM  Looking for someone who are working on HR Analytics and Reporting, with an in - depth knowledge on Advanced Excel and HR systems.  Business Unit & Role Overview :  The Business Partner Solutions team is a global team with on the ground presence in New Jersey, London and Bangalore. Your role will be aligned to the Operations & Infrastructure Support pillar where you will have the opportunity to interact with divisional Generalists and Finance team members as well as workforce administrators across all divisions of the Firm. The Generalist Strategy & Operations team's focus is on providing:  - Talent Management Process Leadership & Support for the key talent management processes  - Headcount Management & Reporting for divisional Finance teams and Generalist teams  - Operations & Infrastructure Support for organizational structure management, talent management systems and reporting  - Core Projects Support by leading and participating in strategic Firm wide technology, regulatory and compensation related initiatives  Role Overview & Responsibilities :  HR WorkWays System Management :   - Maintain the global organizational structure and manage role access  Performance Review Process :   - Setup and maintain performance review manager trees  - Provide divisional compliance reporting  Year End Compensation Process :   - Setup and maintain compensation manager trees and Compensation Review System  - Provide diagnostic reporting  Recruiting & Internal Mobility :   - Provide compensation data and performance review information to support the global recruiting and internal mobility processes  Headcount & Attrition Reporting :   - Support the global, regional and divisional standard weekly and month-end headcount and attrition report production  - Produce weekly rosters to help support key talent management processes  Promotion Process :   - Support the global divisional promotion process  Project / Ad Hoc Support :   - Manage centralized mailbox and respond to client's requests and queries  - Maintain access to team and divisional SharePoint sites  - Assist with ad hoc projects and reporting as required  - Streamline and improve reporting using Excel and Access skills  - Proactively identify ways to improve processes, create greater efficiency and share best practices among team members  - Liaise with global GS&O team to expedite problem resolution for more complex issues  Preferred Competencies :  - Minimum of 1-4 years of work experience in an analytical or reporting role  - Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment and experience working with other regions preferred  - Highly motivated self-starter who can work as part of a team  - Strong Excel (e.g. filtering, pivot tables, v-lookup and other advanced functions) and MS PowerPoint and Access skills required; knowledge of Business Objects a plus  - Strong analytical and communications skills and highly organized and methodical  - Strong attention to detail and focus on process improvement  - Focus on data analysis and reconciliation  - Work flexible hours when needed  - Experience of working with other regions/offices  - Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information
