Website:- Blouinartinfo.com  Job Description:  Job Title: Analyst-FP&A  Reporting to: Manager- FP&A  Location: Delhi  Overall Purpose:  - Working closely with the FP&A Manager to provide Management reliable and accurate information, analysis and recommendations to realise strategic business goals.  Job Responsibilities:  - Preparing financial and business related analysis in areas such as revenue, cost of sales, cash flows and working capital.  - Analyzing trends and highlighting significant deviations/areas requiring Management attention.  - Co-ordinating with different departments globally for procuring the necessary inputs required for performing the analyses.  - Providing accounting assistance to AR/AP teams to meet the business needs as per the requirement.  - Supporting on various reconciliations and resolving the identified issues.  - Performing ad-hoc analysis on both the revenue and cost verticals to meet the information requirements of the Management on a day-to-day basis.  - Ensuring timely submission of information in the format / frequency required by the Senior Management.  Qualifications/Experience:   - Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field  - Strong analytical and problem solving skills  - High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel  - 3-4 years of financial analysis experience   - Experience of working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software. Quick Books experience is a plus  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills   - Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail
