Role : Analyst - FP&A Region

Location : Gurgaon

Timings : UK Shift

Client : They provide American Global Investment management, risk management and advisory services for institutional and retail clients

Skills/Qualifications Required:

- Commerce graduate; CA, CFA level 1, MBA or equivalent qualification preferred

- Strong skill and experience in data management

- Proficiency in MS Excel

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment (not only FP&A team but also across Finance including controllers team, GFO, Tax and Finance as a whole)

Responsibilities include:

- Preparation of various reports for management reporting with in depth analysis of expense line items and headcount along with commentary for major variances from Budget and previous year numbers

- Analyse expense trend and do deep dive analysis at global level to be shared with leadership teams on monthly basis

- Involved into forecasting process on monthly basis and budgeting process on yearly basis

- Work on expense guidance process which involves research and analysis for various Marketing & Promotion expenses, and submitting guidance to accounting team for accruals

- Various regional reporting packs prepared at month close to give an overview of the revenue, expenses and head count for various groups

- Revenue reporting for a business line within on monthly basis

- Work on cost center rationalization project, purpose was to rationalise the number of cost centers in the system which is the basis for reporting of numbers

- Work on occupancy chargeback and transfer pricing to allocate cost, this involve journal posting which require interaction with accounting team

- Work on accruals for contingent workers expense on monthly basis

- Work on Business Resource Planning tool for the headcount forecasting and reconciliation

- Various adhoc queries handled for analysis and presentation of data

Current role involves interaction with various stakeholders (Businesses outside and within India, vendors for data and accounting teams)

Salary Range: 5 - 10 LPA
