We have an opening for Analyst, Digital Insights role with the Retail company in Bangalore.

We look candidate with 5+ Years in Consumer Goods or Customer Services.

Key Performance Indicators of the Position:

Processes

- Review current report inventory and identify opportunities to automate dashboards.

- Build and monitor weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports to highlight any relevant findings.

- Update contacts/data based on client feedback

Analysis

- Analyze aggregated social landscape and Facebook Insights data

- Compile key findings and develop management-level reports to communicate insights

- Identify and communicate trends and emerging issues to internal and external teams.

Customer Service

- Deliver applicable weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to clients and management

- Successful completion and timely delivery of materials for monthly commercial performance reviews

- Coordinate with CSM management team to report and escalate issues as needed.

Knowledge

- Maintain knowledge base of information related to branded digital efforts to ensure CSM Operations teams are aware and educated to handle consumer inquiries

- Training of applicable team members to ensure consistent delivery.

IBS Model

- Participate in routine meetings, presenting relevant information as applicable

- Lead discussions about CSM and team and BSC Service Model

- Maintain process maps related to area of expertise

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree required (emphasis in business/marketing or related field), MBA Preferred.

- Minimum of five years experience in consumer goods and/or customer service environment required.

- Experience with Social Media monitoring and knowledge of industry best practices required. Knowledge of and experience using APIs to call data strongly preferred.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, highly skilled in data analysis and experience with management level report writing required.
