- Possesses good functional and domain knowledge and provides specialized inputs. Has relevant experience in the CRM area

- Can solve a structured and defined problem in a functional area. Can break the problem into smaller modules and go into details and define each module

- Supports a project in implementing and operationalizing a business or operating model within the offering or area of work

- Provides Point of view, solution, data or input for an area or module in deck making, proposal or project where problem and scope of work is defined. Big picture and storyline of the larger engagement is shared

- Has familiarity or expertise with assets / tools in area of work. Eg Working experience of CRM Packages, basic understanding of BI Tools Analytics modes etc

- Given the functional depth, successfully delivers projects within the same SL / Offering group

- High proficiency in excel based tool development, Data management, Data analysis abilities, Analytical abilities

Client and Project Management

- Project manages a module / part of a project within a specific area or domain

- Works on client site with minimal supervision in his / her area

Industry Skills -

Industry Expertise: Experience in automotive and industrial equipment is preferable.

- Functional Expertise: Expertise in SAP- APO,DP & SNP

- Domain Development: Develop assets and methodologies, develop of points-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, conduct public speaking and publish in industry periodicals

- 3-7 years progressive industry (MNC companies) and/or consulting experience in the discrete industry, and preferably in automotive and industrial equipment sector"

Qualification - B.Tech from IIT/NITs in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile Engineering

- MBA from Tier-1 B school would be preferred

Capability Skills

- Expereinced in formulating SCM startegy and have good understanding of Industry trends

- Hands on function/ process experience in supply chain process design, business blueprint and functional design. Expertise in one or more of SCM packages such as APO,DP & SNP is must

- Strong technical knowledge in area of Customer Forecast Management,characteristic based cross- location planning, and vendor managed inventory.

- Experienced in integrating domain knowledge with technical skills and ability to represent the product solution from technical perspective

- Must have deep understanding of APO box and interdependency of different processes within APO, Integration of APO with ECC, integration of APO with BW ( for DP candidate specifically).Good knowledge of configuration in SAP APO, DP and SNP modules

- Minimum one End to End implementation as a Lead consultant in at least two of the following modules with global clients

- APO

- SNP

- DP

- H1B visa holders would be preferred
