Analyst/Consultant/Mgr - Change Management (2-12 yrs)
We are Hiring for one of the Management Consulting for different level Analyst/Consultant/Manager.

Candidates should have 2 to 12 years work experience post MBA/Masters degree (emphasis on Human Resources, General Management, Organizational Behavior) off which at least 6 years of experience in Change Management related projects is desired.
- Manage Service Delivery through large teams working in multiple work streams
- Support in proposal response and business development initiatives
- Support growth of the Change Management offering group by participating in development of assets and innovative thinking
- Experience in managing change related to ERP such as SAP/Oracle is a must – At least 1 full cycle.
- Provide thought leadership in the area of Change Management
- Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal English.
- Work in any of the growth markets is a plus: America, Europe, APAC would be a plus
- Excellent team management and ability to work in a distributed delivery environment
