Analyst/Consultant/Manager - Financial Consulting - Banking & Insurance Domain

We are hiring for a leading consulting organization based at Gurgaon/ Bangalore

Position : Analyst/ Consultant/ Manager

Experience : 2 -10 yrs in Financial Consulting for banking & insurance domain with full time Post graduate

Role & Responsibilities :

- The candidate should have a good understanding of industry trends, challenges, business and technology imperatives etc.

- Perform requirements analysis of customer's products and how products will be integrated with solution through interfacing with customer's actuarial resources.

- Interview customer peers during requirements gathering exercises and document the findings.

- Business and Process definition, analysis and prioritization

- High level business solution design, which may cover aspects of customer journey design, policy design, business process design, business procedure design, organization / people design and high-level functional systems

- Partner with global deal teams in selling, and solution development of client deals by providing subject matter expertise
