We have an opening for (Digital Customer Analyst/Consultant/Manager )

Location: Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore

Role:

The individual will be responsible for developing Digital Customer practice within the Products industry space. The role will largely be focused on the design and implementation of projects to:

- Support rich and engaging customer experiences and provide critical information about the digital customer including design and implementation of operational process to identify and design relevant digital assets, digital asset management and product information management

- Provide clients with the ability to sell and fulfill physical and virtual products to B2C or B2B customers, across mobile and web digital channels. This will also include payment services, order management and supply chain management.

- Design and implement of omni-channel campaigns that deliver relevant content and offers to customers across traditional, online, mobile and social media.

Digital Technology Solutions:

- Design and implementation of enterprise software and on demand solutions for E-commerce, multi-channel commerce, Customer experience management, customer acquisition and campaign management and digital supply chains

Key responsibilities of the role may include:

- Business Development: Developing and maintaining contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizing and leading pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process.

- People Development: Performing the role of counselor and coach, providing input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.

- Engagement Management: Managing engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing account receivables, defining deliverable content, ensuring buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.

- Domain Development: Development of assets and methodologies, development of point-of-view, research or white papers, support development of marketing collateral, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.

Experience (Manager):

- A minimum of 7-10 years of progressive business and consulting experience.

- Experience working with - C- level executive clients

- An MBA from a Tier 1 B School preferred

The primary skill focus should be:

- Content management

- e-commerce

- Digital Marketing / Customer experience management (spanning customer acquisition/retention)

- Digital Technology Solutions (focus on experience in Adobe, SAP Hibris etc)

The resource should have either worked in a functional role (either Digital Marketing, Digital Sales etc) or in a services firm that provides Digital Services to clients

Experience (Consultant):

- A minimum of 4-7 years of progressive business and consulting experience.

- Experience working with - C- level executive clients

- An MBA from a Tier 1 B School preferred

The primary skill focus should be:

- Content management

- e-commerce

Digital Marketing / Customer experience management (spanning customer acquisition/retention)

- Digital Technology Solutions (focus on experience in Adobe, SAP Hibris etc)

- The resource should have either worked in a functional role (either Digital Marketing, Digital Sales etc) or in a services firm that provides Digital Services to clients

Experience (Analyst):

- A minimum of 2-4 years of progressive business and consulting experience.

- Experience working with C level executive clients

Key Competencies and Characteristics:

- The individual must be a self starter, someone who has led teams, has experience running cross-functional projects with strong conceptual and inter-personal skills.

- This individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the C level executives in a range of environments

- The individual should be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned and highly diverse consulting firm

- The individual should possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities

- The individual should have demonstrated entrepreneurial instinct

- The individual should possess and demonstrate high integrity and credibility as perceived by all those with whom s/he will work

- The individual should have strong intellect coupled with proficient commercial instincts

- The individual should be diplomatic, flexible, and have a good team approach.
