Through its broad portfolio of technology and services, this company provides the essential back-office support that clears the way for customers to focus on what they do best: their real business.  Role : Compensation & Benefit Analyst  - Full-time   - Mid-Level   - Information Technology/Services  Purpose :  Responsible for development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's compensation and benefits programs and policies.  Scope :  - Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.  - Requires in-depth knowledge and experience.  - Decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan.  - Generally domestic scope/accountability.  Responsibilities :  - Support awareness of Total Reward across Europe region in line with Global C&B strategic direction and local country requirements.  - Provide C&B support and effective communication of C&B philosophy, strategy & guidelines to HR and business unit managers. Propose outlay for making market correction & merit increase.  - Support and implement C&B processes and reward programs - in line with Global C&B guidelines.  - Work with Global Competency center (the Market Intelligence team) on survey inputs.  - Implement/maintain the Market Intelligence methodology  - Support HR Ops for job evaluation/leveling annual job audits and control job structure implementation within Global direction.  - Design and conduct local C&B policies/guidelines in line with Global directives.  - Work as a part of the International C&B team effectively representing the requirements of the European region.  - Conduct regular industry benchmarks on policy, benefits, and compliance.
