Analyst/Assistant Manager - Actuarial

Requirements:

To qualify for the role you must have:

- Good knowledge of the Nonlife/ General Insurance industry – US & UK

- Ability to apply domain knowledge in practical and commercial situations

- Minimum 1 year experience in one of our key actuarial services – Pricing, Reserving, Capital Modeling/Solvency II

- Extensive experience in assimilating/handling and analyzing actuarial data

- A solid academic track record, ideally a degree in Actuarial Science or a quantitative subject– Minimum 4 actuarial papers cleared from the US,UK or Indian Actuarial society

- Good knowledge of statistical concepts ideally experienced in Generalized Linear models (GLM), simulations/economic scenario generation along with the ability to apply relevant statistical analysis to varied business problems.

- Knowledge and Experience of using different actuarial support tools: VBA, SAS (Base/Advanced), IGLOO, ResQ, EMB products and other Actuarial software’s

- Strong communication skills

- Flexibility to work at client locations across US, Europe and Asia-Pacific regions
