Position:  The Supply Chain and Access Analyst with Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) will extensively work towards implementation of systems and processes to help strengthen the existing logistics practices to manage HIV commodities across different nodes in the supply chain – supplier, state warehouses, regional warehouses and POC facilities. The team is in the process of developing and rolling-out an inventory management software (IMS) utilizing barcoding technology across all DAC sites as mentioned above. This will enable the program to have access to complete stock and patient related data and hence build capacity for decision making based on quality data. Such transformation of DAC will strengthen national forecasting and procurement process, reduce expiries and stock-outs of HIV commodities, and ultimately save lives of patients.  Responsibilities:  - Carry out detailed operations analysis, minutely scan and map existing supply chain processes, identify performance trends and bottlenecks  - Carry out functional and performance testing of the newly developed Inventory Management System, roll out and own responsibility for user transition to new system including system testing, reporting and fixing Gather and analyze data, define and monitor performance indicators in existing and to- be processes (after system implementation) to quantify impact of system implementation  - Work closely with the software development partner to enhance usability of the application with strong emphasis on technical sophistication of groups of end-users  - Develop training material and SOPs, planning and delivering workshops for different user-groups across the country  - Assist in replication of the concept as well application of the technology in other disease areas for other countries  Requirements:  - Field implementation experience of at least one complete project in supply chain domain such as WMS, TMS, LMIS etc  - Exposure to software development, testing or implementation would be a plus
