Purpose of Role:  - Strategic Account Manager is responsible for building partnerships and high level of collaboration with strategic & key account  - Lead team of Major Account Managers in implementation, business delivery and consulting  Primary Responsibilities:  - Manage strategic & key accounts end-to-end  - Responsible for strategizing all key account related deliveries such as key account plan, preparation & execution of account meetings and visits  - Leading account plan and ensure account needs and expectations are met by Amway  - Responsible for creating & driving value within the account including satisfaction improvement, rigorous application of Amway resources, and operational and structural alignment with account direction and needs  - Lead and drive business processes within the account and provide strategic value to the leader  - Ensure quality of service delivery to Amway Distributors (ABOs)  - Deliver against specific KPIs :  Achieve sales and leadership targets :  - Sales targets   - Customer acquisition & activation targets  - New business builder acquisition & activation targets   - PIN conversion / emerging leadership pipeline targets   - Award qualifications  - PIN migration and productivity targets  - Category balance for accounts  Achieve COI target (profitability) :  - Ensure provision of enablers / support to Amway distributors   - Drive internal teams coordination to achieve desired level of Amway distributor experience  - Deliver on strategic initiatives related to sales and ensure market hygiene  - Drive team development and work satisfaction  Activities:  - Expert mastery of principles and practices in the area of business consulting to leading accounts   - Consulting activities include the following:   - Analyse: Build a tailored point of view by analysing available account data   Plan : Determine how to best connect with the account (tailored messaging, optimise account performance, etc.)   - Implement: Run meetings with accounts, create a shared vision, make the value tangible   - Monitor: Follow up on commitments   - Collaborate closely with CoE in order to ensure first-class customer care and service   - Support, communicate and co-operate with leading accounts, company internal procedures, and strategy  Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:  - MBA in Sales & Marketing   - 8 + years of relevant experience   - Sales experience   - Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills  - Proven experience of achieving results through encouraging and supporting the actions of others  - Strong empathy with the entrepreneurial personality.  - Principled and ethical character, passionate in beliefs with the presence and self-confidence to present strongly at all levels.  - Strong ability to deal with objections.  - Performance, results-driven and entrepreneurial personality  - Excellent consulting skills, networking and selling techniques  - Strong analytical skills  - Professional attitude and approach, Champion of customer service  - Ability to work under pressure, excellent time-management & prioritization  - Self-starting personality, pro-active and self-motivated  - Excellent written and verbal communication  - Adaptable and flexible  - Fluency in the local market language preferred
