Achievement of shared Business Goals and targets through implementation of Integrated Learning Solutions in the regions.

Principal Accountabilities:

- Implementation of Integrated Learning Solutions strategy in the region in collaboration with Strategic Account Managers and Regional Marketing team. Plan and work with Focus Groups and Category split according to shared business goals and targets between the teams

- Provide Integrated Learning Solutions as a part of the fixed Instructor Led calendar. Schedule trainings keeping in mind Geography, Strategic Account focus, category Split, New product launch support, balance of Knowledge based (Products, Business Opportunity, Operations), skills based (Selling, Sponsoring and Business Building) and leadership skills based sessions

- Providing Integrated Solutions for identified groups by defining Focus Group and planning and executing LOS based Instructor Led Interventions

- Promote alternative channels of learning viz e learning, Mobile learning, Print Literature, Social learning and conducting Leader Led Programs as per defined plans and targets

- Implement and Adhere to all standardized training processes. Be responsible and accountable for implementation, Communication, Audit and Governance of training processes at the region

- Be responsible and accountable for Effective Utilization of Resources viz-Training Budgets utilization, Trainers Mandays utilization, Training Rooms and Infrastructure Utilization

- Contribute to Young and Active strategy implementation in the region, focused on Digital and Social plans of company

- Trainer Development and Management: Recruitment, Induction and Training of the new hires in team; development of Functional competencies through a structured Process, Implement Certification process of Trainers through Continuous Evaluation Program; Provide structured Observation & Feedback, have robust IDP in place for team members; manage all administrative requirements; Implement Standardized Performance management process.

- Training MIS and Reports: Responsible and Accountable for ensuring accurate and timely data entry of trainings and other interventions, provide regular, timely and accurate Training MIS and Reports as defined

Involves close interaction with Amway Business Owners.
