Primary Responsibilities: - Primary responsible for compliance of products produced in India. - Responsible for monitoring product quality complaint and adverse events. - Primary contact window for Adverse events to cross functional team. - Responsible to address issues and queries from FSSAI along with Regulatory personal. - Responsible to co-ordinate with respective manufacturing sites till adverse or critical complaint closure. - Work closely with Export markets Technical regulatory and QA teams, and communicate/ensure compliance at manufacturing sites. - Provide compliance related trainings and awareness to Pan India staff. - Ensure mock recalls are conducted as per FSSAI guidelines and ISO22000 requirements. - Ensure Internal audits are scheduled and executed as per ISO requirements. - Perform audits for special project work, such as follow-up to regulatory and customer inspections. - Maintain Site Audit Schedule and follow-up with site on QAC Improvement Plans as needed. - Maintain Sites- overall audit scorecard. - Monthly QAC/Scorecard reviews with QA management. - Maintain list of QAC Auditors, QAC Lead Auditors and QAC Qualifying Auditors. - Ensure auditor qualification and calibration systems are developed and updated along with global team. - Provide training to Key Element Owners as per QAC guidelines and requirements. - Review audit reports to ensure quality of report, calibration, and consistency with QA Key Elements and applicable laws/regulations. - May perform role of lead auditor during portions of the audit as needed. - Provide input to follow-up action plans generated from audit observations. - Be actively involved in continuing education/development activities in their areas of expertise, and to communicate information learned through these activities to support continual improvement of the QAC assessment process. - Responsible to create schedule for 3rd party lab audits and conduct audit as per plan with reference to ISO17025. - Conduct audits at Warehouse, suppliers and contract manufactures as needed. - Review RCA, CAPA and its closures - Ensure effectiveness of improved Quality system from audit observations and findings.
