Role Objective   - Build continuous process improvement capability across the organization by leading and overseeing process improvement projects  - Leads and executes strategic design and process improvement initiatives in a timely manner for internal processes  Primary Responsibilities  - Leads and executes strategic design and process improvement initiatives in a timely manner for internal processes in distributor servicing and internal information sharing  - Drives quality, cost, and service delivery projects to completion using process improvement methodologies   - Partner with process owners of company teams to drive and sustain results  - Ensure continuous process improvement in ABO/customer servicing for internal processes  - Drive productivity improvements and reduce non-value adding expense  - Collaborate with internal functional teams to ensure enforcement of strong service delivery standards  - Generate efficiency through centralization /rationalizations of internal tasks and processes  - Drive performance improvement through improved end-to-end process design and management  - Delivering against specific KPIs such as :  Achieve desired level of ABO experience   Average customer resolution time  Complaint/Query escalation rate   Reduced complaints/queries related to orders  Fulfillment of SLAs/TATs  Call logging rates  Accuracy (Transactions processed without errors)  First contact resolution rate  Only Female Candidates preferred  Educational qualification: Post Graduate in Management  Experience: 4 - 8 years of experience & relevant experience of 3 - 5 years in Innovation/ Process Improvement
