JOB DESCRIPTION :&nbsp; Title : Associate Manager - Quality Services and Training GLOBAL SUBFAMILY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Providing leadership and oversight for developing, implementing, maintaining and improving quality programs, processes/procedures, systems and metrics to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks - Ensuring compliance with policies and that the performance and quality of services conform to established standards and agency guidelines through formal audit and review activities - Proposing and implementing change control or related processes to include coordinating the review and revision of processes, procedures, specifications and forms - Partnering directly or indirectly with affiliates, customers, suppliers and other cross-functional partners to provide process analyses oversight on a continuing basis to enforce requirements and meet guidelines - Developing and maintaining metrics to continually monitor performance trends to determine if quality system adjustments are necessary - Leading audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings and liaises with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits - Ensuring systematic root cause investigations of quality system failures are thoroughly conducted with appropriate resolution - Partnering with leadership and cross functional partners to develop improvement plans - Ensuring the quality assurance programs and policies are maintained and modified regularly - Providing mentoring, coaching and support on technical programs and projects which may include directing the day-to-day work of technicians, lower level scientists/engineers, interns and/or contractors LOCAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Primary Responsibilities : - Document Control for Quality System documents and records. - Collect and Store records at a common place in a standardized manner to make them easily accessible and available across sites. - To provide Support to the Sites and Business Units for document/record archival and retrieval. - Responsible for archival and retrieval of Quality Documents/Records covering Audit Reports, Training documents, Equipment records, Quality Agreements, Validation reports, COA, MSDS, AMC, FAQs, CAPA, Change control, Deviation, supplier documents, Non-Conformance, OOS, Calibration records, BMR etc. - Support Audits/Cross Functional/ Global in terms of document maintenance and retrieval. - Preparing new procedures and protocols - Training individuals on Quality management system Policies/Standards/Procedures across all Manufacturing sites, Agriculture Farms and Business units. - Training the trainers to build on site capability for trainings - Preparation of training schedules, maintenance of training and evaluation records. - Preparation, Revision and maintenance of training modules for Standards, Procedures, Software. - Provide and manage training through ComplianceWire and classroom sessions. - Retraining on Quality Standards, Procedures and software to support periodic revisions or upgrades. - Monitoring of training Progress. - Review Data for different metrices, parameters and processes and publish report to all Management and Stakeholders as per defined frequency. - Ensure support in execution of Quality oriented project and other duties as assigned by AVP - Global Quality Resource Centre from time to time. - Facilitate sharing of best practices including global standards, procedures across all sites and business units CAREER LEVEL : PROFICIENT : - Requires full technical proficiency in principles and practices of area of specialty. - Provides solutions to a variety of technical problems of simple to moderate scope and complexity using application of basic technical standards, principles, theories, concepts and techniques. - Leads simple to moderately complex technical projects. - Manages simple to moderately complex technical programs. - Work is reviewed for soundness of technical judgment, overall adequacy and accuracy. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND/OR RELATED EXPERIENCE : Education : Graduate/ Post graduate in Science or equivalent Degree Field : Masters in Science - Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Food Technology, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent Related Experience : 7-10 Years Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience : Knowledge of Quality management Systems &amp; Processes : Knowledge of Quality Management systems, QC tools. Quality Certifications : Shall have basic knowledge of QMS certifications such as ISO certifications. Business Software : Knowledge of software, databases and applications utilized by the business unit, including typical office suite software packages. Project Management : Planning, organizing, coordinating, monitoring and controlling projects; ensuring efficient utilization of resources and appropriate mitigation of risk to achieve project objectives. Leading Teams : Believes in team work while Interacting with/leading cross-functional teams to achieve defined objectives through consulting and positive interaction with culturally diverse team members, external partners and clients. Training : Shall have good communication skills to train people on Quality management systems and related softwares and tools. Data Management : Ability to collect, extract and manipulate data to support assigned business units Communicate Technical Information : Effectively communicating and presenting complex technical data (both verbally and written) to influence all levels and global audiences; helps others understand technical data and translate it into actionable business insights. Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically and understand the broader view. Has analytical bent of mind and Demonstrates an understanding of the long-term, "big picture" view of needs and opportunities. Managing Multiple Priorities : Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation Relationship Management : Ability to develop and maintain effective and productive relationships, including ability to influence, negotiate and manage conflicts effectively and constructively with clients, vendors and peers - Willing to Travel
