Primary Responsibilities : - Developing and implementing technically complex methods and procedures for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection to ensure that the products and systems are free of flaws and function as designed - Leading strategic quality improvement initiatives and teams or participates as QA lead for cross-functional initiatives - Facilitating sharing of best practices including global standards - Chemical, microbiological and physical testing for products, raw materials, packaging materials, buyout products, in-process materials, stability release test samples, bulk and/or finished products following strict customer, regulatory and accreditation standards - Manage the stability studies programs and provide timely feedback to Product and packaging development teams - Recommending, leading and/or supporting investigation efforts related to third party laboratory deviations, out-of-specification test results, including the identification of root cause, corrective and preventative actions - Developing analytical methods, validation and verification of QA test methods to include proactively identifying and executing optimization improvements - Ensuring alignment with R&amp;D, Supplier and customer requirements for analytical test method development, validation, transfer and verification and trending of quality control data for lab improvement - Leading audit and inspection preparation, resolution of audit and inspection findings and liaises with auditing groups and inspectors through all stages of the audits - Proposing and implementing change control or related processes to include coordinating the review and revision of processes, procedures, specifications and forms at HO - Support testing/analysis of raw materials (RM) and packing materials(PM) &amp; finished goods (FG) for new product development - Ensure support in execution of Quality oriented projects/certification programs assigned by Head - Quality Operations from time to time - Conduct warehouse audits as per schedule - Responsible for handling the field actions Required Knowledge/ Skill Set : - Knowledge on stability study, validation of lab, GMP &amp; GLP. - Planning, organizing, coordinating and monitoring skills - Analytical bent of mind - Believes in team work - Communication Skills and customer Orientation - Willing to travel Educational Qualification : Post Graduate in Analytical Chemistry/ Microbiology/ Pharmacy/ Food Technology/ Bio Technology Experience : 5 to 9 years of relevant experience
