Role Objective:  To assist in handling all legal and regulatory aspects of business for South and Western regions of India by providing advice and assistance on matters related to Food laws, Drugs & Cosmetics, Legal, Contract Law and issues pertaining to Direct Selling Industry, to draft and vet legal documents and handle litigation.   Principal Accountabilities:  - Ensuring that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with Local, provincial and central regulations & laws governing business operations.  - Drafting and Vetting of legal documents/agreements/contracts to protect best interest of the company.   - Carrying out due diligence in respect of properties.  - Conducting statutory compliance audit.  - Handling litigation.   - Handling regulatory aspects of business and dealing with concerned regulatory authorities.   - Handling of Labour/Service issues  Primary Interactions:  Internal: Legal team  External: Govt.
