Responsibilities and Accountabilities

- Responsible for Annual sales plan & overall P&L

- Planning and implementation of business strategy

- Strategic business planning using business analysis and understanding market trends and consumer behaviors

- Responsible for implementation Marketing, Promotions & policies to ensure organizational growth.

- Responsible for new store openings

- Driving customer retention and loyalty

- Formulating strategies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion

- Ensuring optimum inventory levels for achieving cost efficiency

- Analysing latest marketing trends, tracking competition and providing valuable inputs for fine-tuning sales and marketing strategies.

- Training the team & ensuring adherence to the norms; reviewing periodical performance of store operations and overall business

- Revenue generation and increase the profit share by new initiatives

- Responsible for driving world class customer experience

- Based on market dynamics, implement and deploy business processes

- Partner with external business to identify new opportunity

- Build and maintain successful relationships with various stockholders

- Leading and mentoring the team members to higher performance

Desired Profile

- Act as a strong interface between all the stakeholders internal & external

- Leading and motivating a team to driving results

- Knowledge of Merchandising, inventory management, mystery audit and customer experience

- Identification and implementation of new growth initiatives

- Must have Managed Sales & operation for a leading Retail Chain

- Knowledge of training for retail staff

Experience

- More than 14 to 20 years with atleast 6 years in leadership position
