GCP is a fast growing business in providing expense management solutions to corporate clients. The Global Consulting team within the Global Client Group (GCG) is responsible for the execution of complex management consulting engagements for global and multinational clients in GCP.   - The Mgr - Consulting will work closely with the Consulting Senior Managers, team members, clients and cross-functional business partners to improve profitability, increase growth and enhance the customer experience in the delivery of consulting projects.   - Candidate will be a member of the GCP Analytics team and will work very closely with the stakeholders from the Global Consulting team.   - The GCP Anlaytics team is the analytics CoE that powers profitable business growth through consultative and innovative solutions across GCP.   Key responsibilities will include:   - Lead the 3 member consulting team in CoE to deliver on consulting project   - Provide guidance on analytics to support the consulting engagements of the team   - Execute consulting engagements in partnership with the consulting team in the regions   - Drive thought leadership and consultative support while enabling best practices for all Consulting projects   - Actively engage the client in discussions regarding consulting projects and accurately assess our ability to deliver value   - Formulate strategy, engage resources and oversee deliverables   - Operate and contribute to a team-oriented environment with strong personal accountability, commitment and integrity with respect to all aspects of the role.   - Build relationships with regional stakeholders to further engagement   - Develop talent and create strategy for team entrenchment with stakeholder   This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.  Qualifications:   - MBA preferred 7+ years proven consulting and project management experience   - Experience leading a team of 5+ employees over several years   - Demonstrated ability to drive project deliverables to achieve financial results.   - Ability to network through complex organization structures to uncover customer product and process improvement opportunities.   - Conceptual thinking skills and ability to identify and implement technical solutions to achieve process automation and improve consulting group's productivity.   - Proficiency in Access, Visio and database development and management required.   - Advanced knowledge of Excel required.   - Demonstrated ability to think conceptually using strong analytical skills.   - Comfort working across many business and functional areas.   - Flexible work hours to support project across multiple time zones   Language: English  Poulomee Mitra Recruitment Lead, Global Talent Acquisition Team  American Express +91-9886592697
