Description:

General: Role within HR Supplier Performance Management Team, to act as a Third Party Relationship Managers (TRM) for all vendor governance activities. This position is working in a fast paced environment assisting all Third Parties in ensuring all vendor compliance and audit requirements for Global Total Rewards and Medical (GTRM) vendors are met accurately, completely and on a timely basis. Support Third Parties in completing assessments and ongoing monitoring for approximately 300 GTRM vendors globally. The TRM will maintain the relationship throughout the governance activities and will provide guidance and support in completion of vendor related assessments, meet critical deadlines and provide some guidance for ongoing performance monitoring on key performance metrics.

Responsibilities:

Perform role of TRM in timely completion of :

- Third Party Lifecycle Management (TLM) pre-contract activities

- TLM post-contract activities including Ongoing Oversight

- Third Party Security Management (TSM) Pre and Post Logical and Physical reviews

- System Administration

- Remediate TLM and TSM gaps making informed decisions of when due diligence is/is not required

- Support internal and external audits

- Maintain key HR/GTRL supplier data inventory

- Participate in HR TRM forums/knowledge share (Community of Practice mtgs.,1:1s, newsletters)

- Build/maintain strong relationships with key partners: regular forums /steering committees with TLM, TSM, HR Ops Risk, Information Security/AET, TRMs GTRM, Third Parties, Employee Data Privacy and other relevant SMEs and key Compliance stakeholders as required

- Provide best practices, promotes consistency and lead/contribute to initiatives to improve and streamline processes

- Partner closely with regional GTRM teams and CoEs on priorities, planning and process improvements. Plans for TLM and TSM related activity and prep/update Operational teams

- Look for creative, alternate solutions and consolidation opportunities

- Help to build a revised risk mitigation framework in collaboration with TSM, TLM, Ops Risk, etc.

Qualifications:

Required Attributes:

- Detail orientated with high levels of accuracy and productivity

- Driven self-starter with high degree of personal accountability, ability to work independently, and between cross-functional internal and external groups

- Flexible approach and ability to - think outside the box

- Ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities and pivot quickly in an ever changing environment

- A passion to learn and pivot quickly to new processes in an ever evolving environment

- Strong relationship management skills as dealing with multiple stakeholders / partners and third party vendors

Required Qualifications:

- 2-3 years of direct experience in working with Third Party related assessments and compliance

- Prior relevant work experience in GSM/procurement, compliance or risk environment

- Technical knowledge of Third Party compliance and related program requirements

- Familiarity with Third Party Lifecycle Management processes including but not limited to operational risk and/or Risk Assessment methodologies

- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills virtually applicable across geographical and time zone boundaries

- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office software - excel and PowerPoint and experience of SharePoint preferable

- Experience with gathering functional requirements, deployment of risk management tools, and data analysis.
