Global Regulatory and Policy Assurance (GRPA) Testing Team Leader
Job Description :
- Lead a team of ~ 8-15 Testing Analysts
- Ensure Testing completions and enhance testing accuracy across different testing types and FAs
- Drives projects/initiatives within the teams with objectives towards customer first strategy
- Setup 1-1s, Team meetings, ensure team coaching and development through Dev plans
- Participate in testing calibration sessions with your Business Partners, Market Compliance and other key stakeholders.
- Identify and implement systems, infrastructure, and MIS/reporting needs for monitoring.
- Maintain knowledge of market regulations and related tests.
- Ensure that internal policies, procedures and compliance regulations are being followed.
- Interface with the Program Management, Remediation team, Business Partners and Line of Business Compliance, to define testing and monitoring requirements to meet regulatory requirements.
- Interact with Compliance and Process Owners to establish and follow through on remediation and Corrective Action Plans.
- Identify improvement opportunities, Develop and drive appropriate action plans.
- Inspire, motivate and develop Talent within the testing team.

Qualification:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required as the job involves extensive interaction with various levels from associate to management levels.
- Sound knowledge of Procedural & BST Testing and monitoring framework is essential.
- Preferred experience of one or more Servicing or Risk Functional areas
- Knowledge of US/International regulatory requirements is a must.
- Ability to perform in fast paced changing environment.
- Ability to mentor, coach and develop individuals.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude and flexibility to deal with and drive change.
Eligibility :
- Should hold a Graduate/PG Degree or equivalent educational qualification with at least 6 years of overall experience.
- Should have people management Skills
