Job Description :
- Responsible for the preparation of American Express Company's Transfer Pricing documentation for the U.S. and other markets, including coordination with external advisors
- Responsible for developing economic analyses to support American Express Company's intercompany pricing policies
- Oversee staff members responsible for obtaining data, analyzing and substantiating intercompany transactions between American Express affiliates
- Represent Global Tax's interests internally in advising on and monitoring of Transfer Pricing matters.
- Actively assist tax personnel in international markets in complying with local Transfer Pricing requirements.
- Assist in data gathering for Transfer Pricing audits.
- This role may be subject to additional background verification checks.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant field of study required.
- Advanced degree (e.g., Masters) or Chartered Accountant preferred
