Job Description : B35 Service Delivery Leader - GCS Sales FXIP Performance Reporting - This role will be part of the GBS SABE team based out of Gurgaon supporting Sales FXIP Performance reporting for Commercial Services (GCS) business. This role will report to the GCS Intl- Performance reporting director in the SABE and work closely with GCS the business partners. - American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in the Commercial Payments Solutions space is an exciting and fast growing business. To maintain success, accelerating sales and driving profitable charge volume growth are essential for the organization. Performance reporting and insights team in the SABE is a key enabler for GCS Field decision making. - This position will lead a team of analysts and support the Sales FXIP performance reporting for GCS. The candidate is expected to develop and deliver performance reporting and insights to help the GCS Field teams and leadership understand, evaluate and drive business performance. Role requires having a strategic and analytical mindset, problem solving skills, strong execution skills, and ability to learn and deploy best of breed reporting and analytical solutions in a matrix environment. Responsibilities of the candidate would include : - Own delivery of reporting and insights in a highly dynamic, matrix and evolving business landscape. - Syndicate across stakeholders ( Sales, Technology, Internal teams ) to drive alignment and deliver performance reporting to meet business needs - Develop reporting solutions by integrating data from different data sources using SAS, SQL, excel, Salesforce etc. - Deliver reporting and business performance scorecards as per agreed SLAs and Quality. Ensure SLA adherence, drive Quality control and continuous improvements. - Deliver analytical insights to help the leadership team evaluate and drive business performance - Devise process improvement tools and methodologies that will ensure successful and timely implementation of new products or initiatives - Partner with functional leaders, Strategic Business Partners to assess and provide reporting and analytical solutions to fulfill business requirements - Provide functional guidance and support to members in the team. Ensure team is well equipped to deliver reporting and insights. - Lead projects to streamline the process and leverage wider SABE capabilities to drive improvements. - Lead, coach and mentor a team of business analysts to drive data analysis, insights and reporting &amp; enable product enhancements and expansions Qualifications : Required Skills : - 7+ years of relevant work experience in reporting, Analytics and business insights domain. - Leveraged Analytical tools such SAS and SQL and visualization tools like tableau. Knowledge of big data tools like Hive, Python is a plus. - Extensive experience of report development using large volumes of granular data to deliver analytical solutions - A strong sense of responsibility and ability to operate with composure and reliability in a time sensitive environment - Should have handled teams, ability to hire, guide and mentor team - Systematic problem solving approach, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and drive with the ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and make progress in areas where a high ambiguity and uncertainty exist - Strong customer service, organizational, prioritization, multitasking, communication and leadership skills - Strong analytical skills including the ability to think through all aspects of complex business requirements and generate possible courses of action - Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage multiple relationships and projects, proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity and rapid change - Ability to prioritize and deliver work within a deadline-driven climate - Strong communication skills oriented toward working with customers to document their product needs Job type- Permanent Industry Type - Operations The Apply Button will redirect you to website.
